I have trained in health education (BSc) at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia; social work (MSW, RSW) at the University of Toronto; and yoga therapy (CYT 300 hr) at Yoga Therapy Toronto. I also have specialized training in mindfulness and cognitive therapies. I am an avid practitioner of yoga and mindfulness; and have personally experienced the benefits of therapeutic counselling. I am also an outdoors enthusiast and can now say I have lived on both coasts in Canada; recently making a new home in South Delta, BC, with my husband.
